ABOUT Mango Ice Cream RECIPE

A luscious creamy eggless ice cream that's made with just 3 ingredients !!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh chilled cream – 2 packets of Amul fresh cream (not whipping cream)
  2. Mango Pulp – 2 medium sized mangoes
  3. Sugar – as required

Instructions

  1. To make mango pulp – Peel & chop the mangoes in a mixer grinder & blitz into a smooth pulp. You can check the sweetness & add castor sugar / normal sugar & blitz again.
  2. In a bowl, take the required quantity of fresh chilled cream & with the help of electric beater, whip the cream until soft peaks.
  3. Fold the mango pulp mixture (with sugar). Don’t overdo the mixing process.
  4. Place the icecream mixture in an aluminium container & freeze it for a good 5 hours.
  5. After 4-5 hours, the ice cream won't be completely set, remove it from the container & with the help of the blender, whip it once again until all the ice crystals are broken well & a smooth mixture is formed. Refrigerate for another 2-3 hr.
  6. Repeat the above process once again & then keep it in the freezer overnight or for 8 hours max before serving it.
