Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. egg 5
  2. sugar 4 tablespoons
  3. cardamom powder 1/2 tablespoon
  4. ghee 1 tablespoon
  5. Kishmish 1/2 tablespoon
  6. cashew nut 1/2 tablespoon
  7. salt 1/2 teaspoon


  1. Take a bowl and break 5 eggs and add sugar and cardamom powder, salt in it and mix it well until increasing the volume of the mixture
  2. Heat a sauce pan and add ghee and roast the cashew and kish mish and keep it aside
  3. In the same pan add the mixture and slow the flame and after 2 sec add a thick plate under the flame and keep the pan and close the pan and wait for 5 min and add the roasted cashew and kish mish in it
  4. Check it with toothpick or a knife when we get it clean off the flame and let it cool
  5. Once it get cool change it in to a serving plate and cut as your like shape
