ABOUT Kaju Badam Pista Kulfi RECIPE

Kulfi is an indian dessert made by boiling milk till it thickens then adding condensed milk, sugar and other flavours too. The most common ingredients added in Kaju Badam Pista kulfi are cashew nuts ( Kaju), almonds ( badam), and pistachio ( Pista).

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 small bowl cashew nuts, almonds and pistachio
  2. 1/4 cup condensed milk
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. saffron strands
  6. 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar, Add cashew nuts and almonds and Pista blend it.
  2. Heat a kadhai, add milk and let it boil once milk started boiling add crushed cashew nuts and almonds, Pista and mix it well
  3. Add cardamom powder, condensed milk, saffron strands and sugar.mix well for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Once it cool, pour the mixture into moulds and freeze them in the refrigerator.
  6. After 4-5 hours remove the moulds and serve chilled.
