ABOUT Bread Ice Cream RECIPE

Bread ice cream was an experiment done by me when there was leftover bread at my place.This ice cream is thick and creamy.A very simple recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. White bread slices - 3(you can use Brown bread also)
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk- 4 tbsp
  4. Green cardamom - 2 pieces
  5. Pistachios and mixed nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan add milk in it.
  2. Wait for 1 boil.
  3. Take the bread slices and discard the sides of the bread.
  4. Nor crumble the bread pieces and add it in the milk.
  5. Stir and mix it till the bread gets completely dissolved in the milk.
  6. Now add green cardamom and stir it again.
  7. Add condensed milk
  8. Stir it continuously to avoid sticking of bread from the bottom.
  9. Sprinkle some pistachios and mixed nuts of your choice.
  10. Switch off the flame
  11. Let it cool down and pour it in an air tight container with a lid.
  12. After 6 to 7 hours take out it from the fridge and cut and enjoy.
