ABOUT Pancake with Vanilla Ice cream RECIPE

This dish can be served as breakfast or as dessert also. A very good looking dish & also healthy dish. Kids will definitely love it.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Plain flour – 1 cup
  2. Milk- 1 cup
  3. Sugar powder – 3 tbsp (as per your taste)
  4. Vanilla essence- 1\2 tsp
  5. Baking powder- 1 tsp
  6. Butter- 4 tbsp (melted)
  7. Oil – 1 tbsp
  8. Salt – 1 tsp
  9. Mix fruit jam
  10. Vanilla Ice cream – 1 scoop for 1 pancake
  11. Chocolate sause - 3-4 tbsp
  12. Cherry for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients (except 1 tbsp butter & oil) & beat them nicely.
  2. Now with a help of sieve, sieve all the dry ingredients & fold them.
  3. Now leave it for 10 min.
  4. Now heat up a pan, pour some batter.
  5. Allow it to cook, till the bubbles come on the surface.
  6. After that flip it and cook for another 2 mins.
  7. Now take 1 pan cake, spread mix fruit jam, then place another pan cake over it. (to maintain the same process make others),
  8. Then place them on a plate, scoop vanilla ice cream over it,
  9. Spread some chocolate sauce over it & put a cherry on the top.
