Veg Burger

Ingredients to make Veg Burger

  • 4-5 boiled &mashed potatoes
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup finely chop veg ( capsicum, carrots)
  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp flour+4 tsp water= flour batter
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 green chilly finely chopped
  • For garnishing:
  • Cabbage finely chopped, round cut tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • 4 cheese slice

How to make Veg Burger

  1. In a bowl add potatoes, veg, salt, black pepper powder, green chilly
  2. Mix it well and make 4 patties
  3. Now dip in flour mixture and apply bread crumbs
  4. Now shallow fry it
  5. In a burger bun apply mayonnaise on one side on another side apply tomato ketchup
  6. Add finely chopped cabbage or round cut tomatoes and slice cheese
  7. Put patties on it and serve it.
