Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rava/Semolina...1 cup
  2. Curd...1 cup
  3. Grated veģgies like tri color capsicum, carrot, peas, chopped onion, potato etc
  4. Brown Bread
  5. butter
  6. ghee
  7. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 cup Rava 1 cup curd in a bowl.Mix it well with salt.
  2. Add lots grated veggie ( tri color capsicum, carrot, peas, potato, chopped onion etc).Keep rest for 15 mins.
  3. Now take brown bread slices, take some batter & spread it over the bread.
  4. Now heat 1 spoon ghee in a flat pan & on medium heat roast both side of the bread.
  5. You can do it without ghee also.Serve it with sauce.
