ABOUT Mawa Kulfi RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full-fat milk-1 &1/2 ltr.
  2. Crumble milk solid Mawa(khoya)-200gm
  3. Sugar-1 & 1/2cup
  4. Kesar -1pinch socked in 2teaspoon milk
  5. Crushed pistachio-2teaspoon
  6. Cardamom powder -1/4teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Now add sugar and cook the milk till sugar dissolved.
  3. Add cardamom powder, soaked Kesar and Mawa( crumble milk solid).
  4. Now cook them on a slow flame for 30 minutes with stirring.
  5. Now add crushed pistachio.
  6. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  7. Now pour the mixture into molds and keep in freezer until frozen.
