Ingredients to make Chhaas

  • yoghurt 11/2 cups
  • cumin powder 1 tsp (roasted)
  • black salt to taste
  • ginger juice 1 tsp
  • dried mint leaves 1 tsp
  • green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
  • water 2 cups

How to make Chhaas

  1. In a large bowl, beat the yoghurt with a wooden churner or Hand blender
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk well.
  3. Add water and ice cubes as required and whisk.
  4. Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves or coriander leaves.
