ABOUT Humming Bird Smoothie RECIPE

 A healthy and tasty smoothie, bursting with fruity, spicy, tropical flavours of pineapple,coconut,banana and cinnamon which will make you hum with pleasure,inspired by the hummingbird tea cake You can serve it with a dollop of cream on top to make it more enticing for the kids. Go ahead! Make this wonderful thirst quencher for the kids this summer and make their holidays a little more exciting.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 bananas ,Mashed
  2. 1 Cup Pineapple, Crushed
  3. 1 Cup coconut Milk
  4. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  5. 2 tablespoons honey or Organic Sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well till well whipped.
  2. Serve in mason jars or glasses.
