Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Low fat milk -2 1/2 cups
  2. Jamun /java plum -15-20 no.
  3. Cornflour -4tbls
  4. Sugar free -1sachet
  5. Water -1cup


  1. Wash jamun thoroughly
  2. Add water ,add washed jamuns in a pan & boil for 5 minutes
  3. Let it cool
  4. Remove seeds from jamuns and mash it
  5. Keep aside
  6. Boil 2 Cups of low fat milk
  7. Mix cornflour in rest of half cup milk
  8. Stir it well boil for 5 minutes
  9. Add sugar or sugar free sachet stir it well
  10. Let it cool down
  11. Add jamun pulp and blend it nicely
  12. Pour the mixture in an airtight container, keep in the freeezer
  13. When it almost sets, churn it again
  14. Do this process 3-4times after half an hour icecream become more creamier
  15. Your diabetic friendly delicious creamy jamun icecream is ready to be gobbled up
  16. Serve it
