Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk- 2 litres
  2. Heavy cream or malai- 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar- 1 cup
  4. CMS powder- a small pinch
  5. Pistachios- 3 tbsp finely cut
  6. Almonds- 3 tbsp finely cut
  7. Cashew nuts- 1 tbsp
  8. Saffron strands- 7 to 8 ( soaked in 1/2 cup of milk)
  9. Cardamom Powder- a pinch

Instructions

  1. In a large vessel boil the milk on a high flame. When one boil comes then lower the flame and cook the milk until it becomes half in quantity.
  2. Add sugar & heavy cream and stir it till gets mixed.
  3. Add all the dry fruits, CMS powder and cardamom powder. Mix them very well.
  4. Lastly add saffron strands which was dissolved in milk. And mix it again.
  5. Pour it into air tight container and freeze it for 5 to 6 hours or till it gets firm.
  6. Scoop it and enjoy...
