This Ice-cream is unique and exciting amazing taste. I have always made pumpkin shira, kheer but this time made Ice-cream, really super soft and mouthwatering

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fresh yellow pumpkin grated 1 cup
  2. Condense milk 1/3cup
  3. Unsalted butter 1 tsp
  4. cream Cheese 1/4 cup
  5. Chilled Whipping cream 1/2 cup
  6. Mix spice powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Roasted & chopped dry fruits 2-3 tbsp
  8. Milk 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take cream cheese and condense milk together and whisk for 2-3 minutes & keep aside
  2. Wash 1 cup fresh grated pumpkin
  3. Roast pumpkin with unsalted butter for 4-5 minutes on medium flame then gas off
  4. Grind roasted pumpkin with 1/4 cup milk to pumpkin puree
  5. Add cream cheese and condense milk mixture in pumpkin puree
  6. Add 1 tsp mixed spice powder ( I have used 2 green cardmon, 1/2 inch stick cinnamon and 1 pinch nutmeg powder)
  7. Whip 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream until soft peaks is formed then mix whipping cream into the pumpkin mixture
  8. Pour this Ice-cream mixture into the mould or air tight container then spread roasted chopped nuts. Place into the freezer for 6-7 hours
  9. Enjoy your super yummy spicy pumpkin cream cheese Ice-cream
  10. No half set is required
