ABOUT Bell Pepper Pesto RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Red Pepper 1
  2. Pine nuts handful
  3. Garlic 5 to 6 pods
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pepper to taste
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Olive oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put the bell pepper on flame and charred it
  2. Should be all black
  3. Remove the skin and keep aside
  4. Dry Roast the pine nuts
  5. Dry roast the garlic
  6. Grind the pepper pine nuts and garlic along with salt pepper and olive oil till smooth
  7. Your healthy pepper pesto is ready
  8. If you like it spicy you can add 1 red chilli as well.Charred it too
