Serve as dessert for any kind of party. It is best in summer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1 litter ( full fat milk)
  2. sugar - 2 cups
  3. corn flour/ araroot- 2 tsp
  4. pista essence - 4 drops
  5. Ground pista - 2 tbsp
  6. Green colour - 1 drop


  1. Boil the milk in a saucepan and reduce it till half of the volume.
  2. Then add the sugar and stir, then slowly add corn flour dissolved in some water.
  3. Stir till it becomes thick. Add pista essence, green colour , ground pista and coo the mixture.
  4. Pour it into matka , freeze for 5 - 6 hours
  5. Serve with some chopped pista.
