ABOUT Beetroot Barfi RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 beetroot
  2. 1/2 litre milk
  3. 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  4. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly peeled and grate the beetroot.
  2. Boil the milk, than put beetroot in it and cooked on low flame.
  3. When milk reduced and beetroot get soften then add condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  4. Cooked it till beetroot become dry.
  5. Your barfi is ready for eating. You take any mould and put in it and keep it in fridge for 10 minutes for setting. Then demould it.
