Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  3. 1 tsp Baking powder
  4. 1 tsp baking soda
  5. Butter milk 1 cup
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  8. Oil 1 /2 cup
  9. Dry fruits 1 /4 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix maida cocoa powder and baking powder three times
  2. In another bowl mix butter milk sugar baking soda vanilla essence and oil
  3. Mix it until dissolves everything
  4. Now keep it for 10 minutes
  5. There you will see bubbles in it. Its ready
  6. Grease a microsafe tray
  7. Now mix flour mixture in it slowly slowly. Just mix it no need to blend now
  8. Pre heat microwave for 3 minutes
  9. Pour cake mixture in tray or bowl
  10. Bake for 8 minutes on 180 to 200 temperature
  11. Let it be in micro for 2 minutes
  12. Cake is ready
  13. Let it be cool
  14. Can serve with chocolate sauce and ice cream
