1/2 cup butter or oil

1-1/2 cups all purpose flour

1tsp Baking powder

For filling buttercream :1/2cup butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 tblspoon milk or cream

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C. Like cake pan of 6 inch and 4 inch pan with parchment paper
Sift the flour with baking powder sieve twice and add salt
In an electric mixer with paddle attachment beat the butter or oil with sugar rill it mixes well add egg one by one at a time
Scrap the sides and add the flour mixture with purée in to two actions
Add all the ingredients at low speed except cream for buttercream
Once all mixed add cream to It whisk it well till peak forms.
Once cake is cooled slice the first cake pan of 6 inch then place on the board and apply cream with fresh strawberries and raspberries

Sprinkle with 1tblspon powdered sugar
