Tangy spicy gravy, made withe spices, paneer dipped in it, that can be served with some hot chapathi or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5tomatoes boil,peel then puree
  2. 4spn refined oil
  3. 1spn mdh kasuri methi
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1/2spn sugar
  6. 1spn mdh degi mirch
  7. 1/2spn garam masala
  8. 1/2spn jeera powder
  9. 1/2spn dhania powder
  10. 1spn chopped green coriander
  11. 4spn amul cream

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add oil
  2. Nw add all spices..saute for 2min add sugar
  3. Add boil tomatoes puree..simmer for 1min
  4. Add 1 cup of water..let it be boil for 2min
  5. Add fresh amul cream
  6. Nw add kasuri methi and green coriander
  7. At last add paneer cubes..mix well
  8. Serve with chapati or Nan or lacha parantha
