Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 8-10 red chillies whole
  2. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  3. 10-12 Garlic Cloves
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp corriender seeds
  6. 3 tsp lemon juice
  7. 2 tsp vegetable oil
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut red chillies from centre and deseeds all,now soaked it in water for half an hour.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in pan add garlic cloves,cumin and corriender seeds in it and roast it,when smell comes swtich of gas and left to cool it.
  3. In a grinder take roasted cumin,corriender seeds,garlic cloves,red chilli powder and already soaked chilli,lemon juice and salt in it and make fine paste of it.
  4. If necessary add little amount of water and remaning 1 tsp oil and again mix it.
  5. Now red chilli thecha ready to serve,and can store this for 10-15 days.
