This is a delicious and healthy version of savoury red velvet cake made with oats to be served during the evening hunger pangs or can be served for tiffins as well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats powder 1 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  3. Kashmiri kumthi chilly powder 2 tbsp
  4. Beetroot puree 1/2 cup
  5. coriander powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilly powder 1tsp
  7. Curd 1 cup
  8. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  9. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  10. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Lemon juice 2tbsp
  12. green chilies 5
  13. Hung curd 1cup
  14. Black salt 1/2tsp
  15. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  16. Olive oil 2tbsp
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add oats powder to curd mix well
  2. Add beetroot purée,ginger garlic paste to it
  3. Add Kashmiri kumthi chilly powder soaked in water for 10 minutes to the prepared curd mixture
  4. Now add chilly powder,coriander powder,salt and water as required
  5. Add baking soda to it.mix it
  6. Pour this mixture to a greased baking tray.bake it for 20-25 minutes for 180 degree in preheated oven
  7. For base: Mix the following ingredients- hung curd,salt,black pepper powder,and black salt
  8. Place the mixture in the fridge for some time
  9. Take a square mould pour some hung curd mixture layer and savoury red velvet cube and keep it into the fridge
  10. After few minutes all set garnish it with Rajkoti dip and green chutney
