Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oil 3 tbsp
  2. 2 brinjal chopped
  3. 1bowl cauliflower chopped
  4. 1 bowl potato chopped
  5. 1 bowl peas
  6. 1 bowl chopped capsicum and chilly and ginger
  7. 1 bowl onions chopped
  8. 2cup tomato paste
  9. 2 tbsp red Chilly and garlic paste
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Cumin Coriander Powder 2+2 tsp
  12. Turmeric 1/2+1/2 tsp
  13. Red chilly 2+1 tsp
  14. Garam masala 1+1tsp
  15. Vegetable stoke 2 glass


  1. Take oil in kadai and heat.
  2. Add hing.
  3. Onion capsicum green chilly and ginger..
  4. Add capsicum in tadka. Saute it.
  5. Add onions and saute.
  6. Add red chilly and garlic paste.
  7. Saute.
  8. Add tomato paste and saute it.
  9. Add 2 tsp red chilly powder
  10. Add 2 tsp cumin coriander powder and 1/2tsp turmeric
  11. Add salt as per your taste. And mix it
  12. Add peas and cook for two minutes
  13. Add little vegetable stoke
  14. Mesh it
  15. Add Garam Masala and mix and simmer for two minutes
  16. Add cooked and meshed cauliflower, potato, brinjal.
  17. Mix it.
  18. Add rest spice and mix it.and simmer it.
  19. Add Garam Masala and mix it
  20. Covered the lid and simmer it for five minutes.
  21. Ready To serve...tasty...
