ABOUT ONION,TOMATO & POSTO BATI CHARCHARI RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped onion - 4
  2. Chopped tomato - 2
  3. Posto / poppy seeds paste - 8 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chillies - 5 pc
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Mustard oil - 4tsp
  8. Black cumin - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil.
  2. Add black cumin seeds and 2 slit green chillies
  3. After they crackle ,add all the ingredients with some water and cover it
  4. Stir it ,after few minutes , cover and cook till the curry starts leaving the oil, cook and fry for few seconds more.
  5. Now add green chillies and rest of the oil.
  6. Now your receipe is ready
