Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 4 onions medium size
  3. 6 green chillies finely chopped
  4. coriander leaves half a cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. oil 1 laddle for moin
  7. ghee for shallow frying on pan
  8. red chilli pwd 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan add all ingredients
  2. Make a dough little harder than Roti dough
  3. Rest for few seconds
  4. Roll with the help of rolling pin
  5. Heat the tawa.
  6. place the koki.
  7. cook on both sides on medium flame.
  8. Then add ghee generously n cook by little poking on koki on slow flame.
  9. Serve hot with dahi ,papad and aachar.
