Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated Coconut 1/4 Cup
  2. Sugar 1/4 Cup
  3. Bread Slices 6
  4. Rose Syrup 2 tsp
  5. Mawa 3 Tbsp or Milk Powder 1/8 Cup
  6. White Chocolate (Molten) 2 Tbsp
  7. Milk 3-4 Tbsp
  8. Whole Wheat Flour Paste in Water as required
  9. Pistachios 5-6
  10. Butter 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk in Mawa or milk powder properly. Cut pistachios into pieces.
  2. In hot pan, add butter and above mixture. Fry until it changes its color slightly.
  3. Add grated coconut, half of pistachio pieces and fry a little bit. Turn the flame off and allow it to cool down. Then mix rose syrup properly in it.
  4. Cut out the edges of bread. Spread a thick layer of above mixture on 3 slices. Then keep remaining 3 slices on them.
  5. By pressing a little bit and using paste, close the edges of sandwich properly.
  6. Now deep fry the breads in oil until they turn golden brown.
  7. Add 1/6 cup water to sugar and boil the mixture to make sugar syrup.
  8. Soak the breads in hot sugar syrup for 10-20 sec. Then take them out and cut into any desired shape.
  9. Melt white chocolate and coat the top of pieces with it. Garnish with remaining pieces of pistachios. Serve delicious Rose A Silk.
