Puri made with grated onion best option in rainy season or as a starter dishes.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Grated onions 3 big
  2. 1 cup Gram Flour
  3. 1 cup thick wheat flour
  4. Red chilli powder 2 tbs
  5. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Dhaniya jeera powder 2 tbs
  7. ajwain seeds
  8. Chopped green chillies 1 tsp
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Sesame seeds 1 tbs
  11. sugar 2 tsp
  12. Roasted coarsely grinded peanuts 1/4 cup
  13. Roasted chana (daliya) 1/4 cup
  14. oil 2 tbs
  15. oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Take grated onions and all other ingredients in a plate.
  2. Mix all masala, grind roasted peanuts, chana dal( daliya), chilli, sesame seeds, salt and sugar in grated opinions.
  3. Mix oil in the flour
  4. Now mix flours and onions mix together if required more flour than add flour. No need of water to make dough onions and spices juicy is enough to make dough.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Now take small ball from the dough. Grease the hand with oil or flour make small Puri with other hand.
  7. With wheat flour....
  8. Fry the kanda Puri in hot oil on medium flame.
  9. Remove after it turns to dark brown.
  10. Sever with lachha onions, tomato sauce, and cheese and salad bits.
