Veg manchurian

Ingredients to make Veg manchurian

  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • cabbage 1/2 cup
  • peas 1/2 cup
  • Maida and cornflour 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  • green chilly 1
  • tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  • chilly sauce 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp
  • chilly flakes 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • salt 3/4 tsp
  • oil for frying and sauce
  • onion 1 chopped
  • garlic 5 or 6 cloves

How to make Veg manchurian

  1. Mix all vegetables
  2. Take 1 tbsp cornflour aside
  3. Make a paste with the rest of Maida and cornflour
  4. Mix a pinch salt and black pepper in it
  5. Make balls with vegetables mixture and dip one by one in Maida paste
  6. Put oil in deep pan.
  7. When its hot put balls in pan oil
  8. Deep fry it till its golden fry
  9. Fry all and keep aside
  10. Now take rest of the cornflour and mix in 1/2 cup of water to make paste
  11. Take a pan put 1 tbsp oil in it
  12. Keep on gas
  13. When its hot put chopped onions and garlic till light pink
  14. Now add ginger and green chilly and sauteon slow fire
  15. Now put tomato sauce chilly sauce cornflour paste and soya sauce in it
  16. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
  17. Put chilly flakes, salt and vinegar in it
  18. Now pour fryed balls in it
  19. Put green coriander and mix it till ball are coated with sauce
  20. Its ready. Serve hot with rice or chappati

My Tip:

If don't want can skip onion and garlic
