Soak brown bread crumbs into the milk for about 10 minutes .
Combine desicnated coconut powder and sugar , stir over a low fire till the sugar melts.
Add the soaked brown bread crumbs and stir till well mixed . Add ghee into it. Stir well .
Now add cardamom powder , cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan .
Spread it to greased baking dish and allow it to cool. Garnish with 2 tsp desiccated coconut powder on the top .
Cut into desire shapes .Brown bread crumbs barfi is ready .
