ABOUT MANGO SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat bread - 16 slices
  2. Butter
  3. mango pieces - 1 cup
  4. chopped onion - 1
  5. chopped medium sized tomato -1 (Discard the pulp and take only slices)
  6. chopped bell pepper -1 ( can use red and yellow bell pepper)
  7. Few mint leaves finely chopped
  8. Juice of half lemon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli flakes - ¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for filling and keep ready.
  2. Take slices of bread and cut all the brown edges.
  3. Apply butter on all the slices of bread on both sides.
  4. Take a slice of bread and fill in the filling and cover it with another slice.
  5. Make sandwiches in a sandwich maker. Serve hot.
