This paneer chilli recipe is basically a stir fry of deep fried cottage cheese cubes with green capsicum, chillies, onion, garlic and delicious Chinese sauces. A perfect cocktail party recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm paneer
  2. 2-3 cup corn flour
  3. 1 medium onion
  4. 1 medium capsicum
  5. 1 Medium Carrot
  6. 4 tbsp soya souce
  7. 2 tsp Vinegar
  8. 2 tsp red chilli souce
  9. 3 Green chilli
  10. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/4 black paper powder
  12. 2-3 tbsp water.
  13. Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice of paneer in to a cube in bowl.
  2. Add oil, corn flour,black paper and salt in same bowl and mix it well
  3. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.once hot add marinated paneer and fry till it's golden brown and crisp.
  4. Take non stick pan and heat oil over medium heat, add ginger garlic paste and stir.
  5. Add onion,capsicum, green chillies and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Lastly add paneer, vinegar,salt, soy sauce and red chili souce mix well. Add the cornflour mixture and cook on high heat stirring and tossing until the sauce thickens to coat the paneer and the vegetables. Serve hot immediately.
  7. Paneer chilli are ready to serve. Serve hot with any soup.
