Bread slices ko triangle shape me kaat kr ek side rakh de. Boiled aaloo ko mash krke usme namak, lal mirch, amchur, dhaniya powder, bhuna jeera aur hari mirch kti hui, matar k dane, kta hua dhaniya, usme milaye. Mixture ready kre. Kti hui slice k uper ye mixture lgaye. Uske uper paneer ka tukda rakhe. Fir dusri side se halka dbakr cover kre. Besan me namak aur lal mirch dal kr ghol tyar kre. Bread ko is ghol me lapet kr deep fry kre.
