Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated coconut 2 cups
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery 1 cup
  4. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grate coconuts
  2. Heat a non stick pan
  3. Add the coconut and dry roast
  4. When the coconut slightly change its color lower the flame
  5. Add sugar
  6. When it melts and the jaggery
  7. Add cardamom powder and give it a good mix
  8. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes till the it thickens
  9. To check if it's ready, take a little portion on your palm give it a round shape. If it's ready then it's will take the shape of a ball, if it's not ready yet it will crumble.
  10. When it gets ready, switch off the flame and give it a standing time for 2to 3 minutes not more
  11. Make ball out of the mixture
