Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 2 lts
  2. Lemon juice - 2tbsps
  3. Cardamom powder - 3 tbspns
  4. Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  5. Mixed nuts -

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan and pour the milk.
  2. Wait till it come to boil.
  3. Add lemon juice
  4. The milk will cuddle
  5. Separate the soild portion from the whey.
  6. In muslin cloth wash the cottage cheese and drain out extra water.
  7. Now take it in a bowl and mash the cotton cheese well and turn it into a fine paste
  8. Add cardamom powder and mix well
  9. Now heat up a pan and add ghee
  10. Pour the mixture and stire
  11. Stire till the ghee separate from the mixture
  12. Now take a bowl and cool down the mixture and make sure the upper portion of the mixture is flat enough
  13. Coat the top with mixed nuts
  14. Refrigete it for 3hrs
  15. Now cut it into pieces and serve it
