Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup fresh paneer
  2. 1 tin condense milk 400gms
  3. 4 cardomom pods pounded
  4. choped pista for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave safe bowl mix fresh paneer and condense milk such that mixture is uniform.
  2. Microwave it for 10-12 minutes stirring every 1 minute.By the end of this process all the liquid will have been evaporated.
  3. Line a tin with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly and sprinkle cardomom powder and garnish with chopped pistas
  4. Let it cool down to room temperature, slice and serve
