Tastes yummy with goodness of gulkand and cashew

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/4 cup water
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup cashew powder
  4. 1 tbsp jam
  5. 1 tbsp Gulkand
  6. Dry fruits
  7. Paan masala
  8. Silver foil
  9. Cherry to decorate


  1. Take water and sugar in a pan and heat till sugar dissolves
  2. Now add cashew powder and mix it thoroughly
  3. Add green colour to it and roll it on a butter paper
  4. Spread Gulkand and dry fruits on it and sprinkle pan masala
  5. Roll it and cut it into piece and cover with silver foil.
  6. Top with jam, desiccated coconut. Decorate with cherry
