Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Onion shallots - 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1 cup
  4. Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  5. Sambhar powder- 2sp
  6. Salt-as per required
  7. red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add shallot onion finely cut.
  2. Then add finely chopped onion, after sauteeing few min add Turmeric, salt
  3. After 5 min sauteeing add Sambhar powder .Let it get cooked on a low flame.
  4. Switch off and put the prepared curry in a serving bowl. Place boiled eggs cut into half above it. Serve with hot steaming rice.
