Easy cake assembled with ready made cake items, made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chocolate
  2. Vanilla sponge cake [ready made]
  3. ready made whipping cream [for decoration]
  4. jam [i have used strawberry jam] - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop chocolate and keep aside.
  2. Cut sponge cake in desired shape
  3. Make sandwich by spreading jam between two pieces
  4. Melt chocolate in double boiler
  5. When melted, cool it by stirring
  6. Take a mould and fill it one forth with the molten chocolate
  7. Then put one cake sandwich gently
  8. Cover the rest of the mould with chocolate
  9. Keep in freezer for 10 min
  10. De-mould it and serve, if you like to do some iced flowers, you can do the same.
