Ingredients to make Onion Rose

  • One spring onion [chopped very finely]
  • One boiled potato [mashed]
  • 3 tablespoon Green coriander leaves
  • 3 Green chillies [chopped very finely]
  • salt according to taste
  • wheat flour (according to potato mixture)
  • oil
  • Garnish :
  • curd
  • chilli powder

How to make Onion Rose

  1. Take all the ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Knead a dough without adding any extra water, add more wheat flour if required.
  3. Now divide the dough into equal parts, roll them out and fry the pooris in hot oil.
  4. Now take five Puris and arrange side by side with a little distance. And roll it. Then cut through the center and serve it with Curd and garnish it with Chilli Power.

My Tip:

Don't use water to make dough.
