Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the Dough
  2. 3/4 cup whole wheat flour gehun ka atta
  3. 1/4 Cup Soya Flour
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp ghee
  6. For the stuffing
  7. 1/2 TBSP GHEE
  8. 1 tsp Cumin seeds jeera
  9. 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  10. 1 cup boiled green peas mashed
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Other ingredients
  13. whole wheat flour for rolling gehun ka atta
  14. 1 tsp oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preparing the dough
  2. Take both the flours and mix with salt. Sieve the mixture well.
  3. Now, in a big bowl add the flours and ghee and knead to make dough. Add water when necessary.
  4. Divide this dough into 4 portions.
  5. Preparing the stuff
  6. In a pan, add some ghee.
  7. Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds.
  8. Saute until they crackle.
  9. Now, add the green chillies and saute for a minute.
  10. Now, add the mashed peas and salt. Saute for about a minute.
  11. Remove the pan from the stove, and allow the mixture to cool completely.
  12. Divide this mixture too into 4 portions.
  13. Preparing the Paratha
  14. Take one dough and roll it out into a circle using some flour for rolling.
  15. Place the stuffing in the centre.
  16. Bring together all the sides of the centre and seal tightly.
  17. Till it again into a bigger circle.
  18. Heat a pan and place the paratha when the pan is hot.
  19. Cook until its golden brown on both sides. Use 1/4 teaspoon of oil.
