Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg - chicekn
  2. Onion - 2
  3. 3 tsp - garlic-ginger-green chilli paste
  4. 2 tsp - butter
  5. 2 tsp - garam masala
  6. 4 tsp - tandoori masala
  7. 1 1/2 tsp - dhaniya powder
  8. 1 tsp - jeera powder
  9. 1 tsp - chicken masala
  10. 1 tsp chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp - lemon squash
  12. 1 tsp - kashmri mirch powder
  13. 1/2 cup - curd
  14. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Marinated 1 kg with skin chicken pieces with lemon & salt for 15 mints after slitting them through.After 15 min add 6 tsps curd,kashmiri mirch powder, 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala
  2. Tandoor the leg piece on tandoor or if you dont have tandoor you can cook the same on open gas oven. Cook the leg piece till tender.
  3. Now take separate pan and put oil on the same, fry onion with crushed garam masala with garlic and ginger paste
  4. Add tomato puree and cook till the time you found oil on the side of pan. Mix half cup of water for thick gravy
  5. Add tandoor leg piece.
