ABOUT strawberry cake RECIPE

A delicious strawberry cake which can be made easily at home with this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 6

50g strawberry crush
50g milk powder
1 teaspoon red colour
50g sugar
100 gm butter
200 g maida
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon soda powder
sliced strawberry and cherry for garnishing
Vanilla Essence [few drops]
Whipped cream

Instructions

Take one container , add butter [softened] + sugar + milk powder + red colour+ strawberry crush ,mix it with blender for 1 minute.
Add maida + baking powder + soda + milk in another mixing bowl, mix it for 2 mins
Combine both the mixtures and blend for 1 min
Pour the batter into the greased and dusted baking container, bake this at preheated convention oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
For the icing, take whipped cream, vanilla essence and strawberry crush mix together and ice the cake once it is cooled.
