Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom - 2 packets
  2. Chopped onions - 2
  3. Chopped capsicum - 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Fresh tomato puree - 1 cup
  7. Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
  8. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Slitted green chilies - 2
  10. Oil - 2 tbsp
  11. Chopped green coriander - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and slit them from the middle.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai, add the onions and saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree to the kadhai and fry them.
  4. Add salt and all the rest spices.
  5. Add in mushroom and cover the kadhai with a lid for about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and add chopped green coriander leaves. Serve it with chapati.
