ABOUT Onion Stuffed Parantha RECIPE

It is a very tasty and crispy paratha, made with spices and onions.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Finely chopped onions - 4
  2. Slitted green chilies - 4
  3. salt to taste
  4. turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Amchoor - 1/2 tsp
  6. oil for frying
  7. flour - 2 cups


  1. Add onions, salt and turmeric powder in a bowl. Mix them and keep away for 10 minutes.
  2. Now, squeeze them by adding to a muslin cloth.
  3. Keep it in a bowl and add all the rest spices. Prepare the dough by adding water to the flour.
  4. Make some small balls of the dough and fill that mixture in it. Flatten them by using a rolling pin.
  5. Keep it in the pan and make them crispy by adding oil.
  6. Serve it with butter.
