Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vertically sliced onion 2 cups
  2. Besan/chana dal floor 1 and 1/2 cup
  3. ajwain [caraway seeds] 1 teaspoon
  4. Haldi [turmeric] powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Oil for Deep frying
  9. Water if required

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients
  2. Mix well in to thick batter using very little water
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Deep fry small fritters
  5. Fry till golden brown from both sides
  6. Done
  7. Serve with hot cup of tea
