Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half ltr milk
  2. sugar as per ur taste
  3. Rava/ sooji/semolina 3/4 tbsp
  4. 2 eggs
  5. ghee
  6. mango puree
  7. kesar /saffron a pinch dissolvrd in milk
  8. pistachio to garnish


  1. In a pan add milk sugar and eggs and beat. It well and keep aside
  2. Take a deep pan and add ghee and roast the sooji till it changes the colour
  3. To it add the milk mixture and keep on stirring till u get the nice fluffy custard like consistency .
  4. Finally add the kesar ,mix well and let it cool
  5. Pour it in the serving bowl
  6. Top it with Mango puree and garnish with nuts
  7. Serve hot or cold and Njoi
