Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 400 gms
  2. 1 big sliced onion
  3. 1 tbsp fresh ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tbsp corainder powder
  5. 1TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. Half tsp garam masala powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 cup Full cream Milk
  9. 4/5 tbsp low fat cream
  10. Kasoori methi leaves 1 and half tbsp
  11. Oil 2 and half tbsp
  12. 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  13. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Fry paneer in 1 tbsp oil till light golden and keep aside
  2. Fry onion in the same pan adding rest of the oil
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add the masalas with salt
  5. Add tomato paste
  6. Add tomato ketchup and mix well
  7. Add kasoori methi and cook for 4/5 minutes on low flame
  8. Now add one cup of milk to it .and cook further till oil separates
  9. Let it cool and grind to a smooth paste
  10. Add the paneer pieces and mix well
  11. Time to add cream
  12. Add the cream and mix well .cook further on sim for 7/8 minutes
  13. Serve hot with paratha
