Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sabudana 1/2 cup
  2. Full fat Milk 1 litr
  3. Sugar 4 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped Almonds 7-8
  5. Raisins 10-12
  6. Finely chopped Cashews 6-7
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana for. 4 hours.
  2. Boil milk. Strain sabudana and add it into boiling milk. Lower the flame and let it simmer.
  3. Add almonds, cashews and raisins.
  4. When milk begins to thicken add sugar.
  5. Check sabudana when it becomes soft and fully translucent add cardamom powder.
  6. Switch off the flame and cool it to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
