Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Carrot (grated) - 1 kg
  2. Milk - 2 liter
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  5. Dry fruits - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add in grated carrot and sugar. Stir them perfectly and cook them.
  3. Add cardamom powder to it.
  4. Remove it from the flame when milk turns to thick. Garnish with the dry fruits and serve it.
