Make paneer frm 2 ltr milk.We need completely drained paneer. Crumble the paneer
Heat a kadai ,add butter & desi ghee .When it melt add paneer & condensed milk .
Cook on a low fire,stir it constantly to prevent burning.
Add vanilla essence & mix it well.
When the mixture will leave the sides of the pan take out half portion of paneer.Add coco powder to the another portion & mix it well.
Now blend it in mixture.Blend white portion first then choco portion & make 2 different smooth mixture.
Make a roll of white portion then cover it with choco portion.Take a foil paper & put the roll in it.Keep it in fridge for set.After 2 hrs cut it into pieces ..
