ABOUT Easy Rasmalai RECIPE

Easy, juicy, spongy saffron flavored rasmalai garnished with chopped pistachios.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Full Cream Milk 2 Cup
  2. Water 1 Cup
  3. Saffron A Pinch
  4. Sugar 3/4 or 1 Cup
  5. Water 1 Cup
  6. Egg 1 Small Size
  7. Baking Powder 1/4th Teaspoon
  8. Milk Powder 1 Cup
  9. Few Chopped Pistachios

Instructions

  1. Boil milk along with water, sugar and saffron.
  2. In a bowl add milk powder, baking powder, egg and knead like a chappati dough.
  3. Grease your hands with ghee and make equal size small balls.
  4. Just press the balls lightly in your palms and drop them in the boiling milk.
  5. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes for uniform cooking.
  6. Remove from fire, garnish with chopped pistachios and serve warm or chilled.
